The first group to visit JiH in 2009 was the JiH board members. The group was in Haiti for the annual meeting in January. In addition to tending to business matters, they visited each point of light.           February brought visitors from Morris E. Free Church in Minnesota. Pictured at left are the men that visited with the group from Morris E. Free Church.           The Intervarsity Group from Indiana made a return visit to JiH to work with us during their spring break. The group visited all the points of light and painted the guard house located on the property.           The youth group of SonRise Community Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, led by Chad Ricks, spent the first week of June with JiH. Their focus was conducting Vacation Bible School at Grace Emmanuel School and Good Samaritan Orphanage.           On the heels of the SonRise group was Becker Evangelical Free Church from Minnesota, led by Pastor Dave Van Wingerden. Their group was very busy, delivering supplies, ministering at the points of light and they took a mountain walk with the purpose of evangelizing.           July brought Maryland Faith Baptist of Laurel, viisted JiH for a week. They visited each point of light and ministered to all the people.           In addition to the groups, JiH had many other vistors. Mark and Sheri Travis and friends from Michigan, the Hassey family from Ohio, Jason and Jen Huguenin from Washington, Steve and Connie Neust and friends visited from Minnesota, Adrianna Manaugh, Ricardo Bartley, along with MaryGrace Baker and friends from Indiana.
